Rocking S Studios

The Rocking S Art Ranch is a complex of artist studios, providing studio space to 20 artists. The ranch has both private and shared studios, ceramic facilities, and a common courtyard. Studio spaces can also be rented, when available, for short term projects and exhibitions. We are currently full, but vacancies come up regularly. If you are interested in a studio, please contact us at rockingsartranch@gmail.com for information, a tour, or to be added to our waiting list. We host regular artist video nights, open studios, critique groups and talks. The Rocking S was founded in 2021 by artist Patricia Sannit and visionaries Herb and Laura Roskind. Our site manager is Jessica Abril, with invaluable assistance from Rosie and Roger. We are located at 3131-3133 E Sheridan, Phoenix. AZ 85008.

Studios range in size from 160 ft sq to 800 ft sq. Monthly rents range from $280-$1000. The average is $475
